— HOW IT WORKS

Our Picture Day Process

From registration to final orders, our process is designed to keep Picture Day organized, efficient, and easy for administrators, teachers, students, and families.

Registration

We collect the student information needed to connect each image to the correct gallery. Email addresses are needed from the school or can be collected during the process. Physical addresses and mobile numbers for alerts are optional.

Portraits

We photograph every student with an organized setup designed to keep classes moving and make the experience as smooth as possible.

Ordering

Families can order online through pre-ordering or our ViewFirst option. With ViewFirst, images are posted online and personal gallery links are sent so parents and students can view images, choose favorites, and order products directly.

— CLASS GROUP PHOTOS

Traditional or Virtual Class Groups

Every school is different, so we offer flexible class group options based on your schedule, space, and preferences.

Traditional Class Groups
We pose students together in a traditional group image at a location selected by your school.

Virtual Class Groups
Virtual groups are created from individual student images, making it easier to build class, grade, or school group photos without gathering everyone at the same time.
