What You Need to Know
Time Commitment
Media Day typically takes two hours or less, depending on your available space, number of athletes, and pose requirements.
Working with a tighter schedule? We can bring additional staff and adjust our process to keep the experience efficient.
What the No-Charge Media Day Includes
Digital PR and team images are provided to your organization through a secure link.
Families can view and purchase individual and team portraits online 24/7. Galleries are available on the day of the shoot.
Programs can also upgrade to the All-In Package to receive every individual athlete image digitally.
What We Need from You
To help the day run smoothly, we ask your program to provide:
- Adequate space for the planned photo stations
- Team or group rosters
- Optional participant contact information
When contact information is not provided in advance, athletes and families can complete digital registration during check-in.
How Media Day Works
- Athlete Check-In
Each athlete receives a QR card when they arrive. - Digital Registration
Participants complete a quick online registration. - Streamlined Photo Stations
The QR card is scanned at each station to connect every image to the correct athlete. - Personal Galleries
Photos are uploaded to individual online galleries for each athlete or family. - Multi-Sport Organization
Athletes participating in multiple sports receive a dedicated gallery for each one. - Same-Day Access
Parents and participants receive an email and text message with a link to their gallery on the day of the shoot. - Fast Delivery
Orders are shipped directly to the buyer, typically within 48 hours or less.

Bring the excitement of Media Day to life with a 30 or 60-second team hype video. These fast-paced videos are created to build excitement, showcase your athletes, and give your program content it can share throughout the season.

Upgrades & Add-Ons
All-In Media Day Upgrade
$75 per athlete
Receive every individual athlete image taken during Media Day as a downloadable digital file with a copyright release.
The upgrade includes:
- Eight to ten poses or backgrounds
- Six to eight final images per athlete
- Digital files delivered to one program contact
- A copyright release for downloading and using the images
Digital team pictures and PR or program images are already included for the organization at no charge.
Mom & Senior All-In Photo Shoot
$50 per athlete or family
Add a separate on-location session for seniors and their families. The session can include group photographs of athletes with their moms at a location selected by the organization.
Digital images are delivered to one program contact with a copyright release. Additional products remain available for families to purchase online.
Mom and Senior sessions may also be offered without an upfront fee so families can purchase their images individually. A minimum number of participating athletes may apply.
Hype Video Add-On
Starting at $250
Add a 30 or 60-second team hype video to your Media Day experience.
Individual senior and athlete hype videos are also available during the same shoot. Separate video sessions can be scheduled for teams or individual athletes outside of Media Day.
Senior & Athlete Banners
Celebrate your athletes with custom, pro-style banner designs.
- 2′ x 3′ matte banners starting at $69 each
- 3′ x 4′ matte banners starting at $79 each
- Custom artwork included
- Athlete name, jersey number, and team logo can be added
- Additional sizes available
Social Media Add-On:
Receive released digital versions of each banner graphic for social media or scoreboard use for $10 per athlete.
