Little personalities make some of the biggest memories.
Candid Color Photography provides professional Picture Day photography for preschools, daycares, childcare centers, early learning programs, and private schools throughout the Oklahoma City metro and communities across Oklahoma.
Our team brings the photography experience to your center and handles the details from planning through family ordering—creating a Picture Day that is easy for your staff, comfortable for young children, and full of portraits families will want to keep.
— HOW IT WORKS
Our Picture Day Process
Picture Day with young children requires a little patience, a lot of personality, and an organized plan. We work with your director and staff to keep the day moving while giving each child the opportunity to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Registration & PLANNING
Before Picture Day, we work with your center to organize the student information needed to connect each child with the correct images and gallery.
We will also coordinate the schedule, photography location, class flow, and other details with your staff so everyone knows what to expect.
Picture Day
We bring the professional photography setup to your preschool or daycare and photograph children in an organized environment designed around your daily schedule.
Our photographers understand that every child is different. Some are ready with a smile immediately. Others may need a little more time to warm up. We focus on creating a positive experience while capturing expressions and personalities families will recognize.
Family Viewing & Ordering
Families can view their child’s photographs through a personal online gallery and choose the images and products they love.
Orders are placed directly online and fulfilled for the family, helping reduce the paperwork, payment collection, and order management required from your staff.
— BUILT FOR LITTLE ONES
Why Choose Candid Color for Preschool & Daycare Photography?
Preschool Picture Day is different from photographing older students—and it should be.
Young children need an experience that feels friendly and comfortable, while directors and teachers need a photography partner who can work within an already busy school day.
Candid Color Photography combines professional portraits with an organized Picture Day process designed to work for children, families, teachers, and administrators.
Picture Day Made Easier for Your Center
We help manage the details before, during, and after Picture Day so your staff can stay focused on the children in their care.
- We bring the photography setup to your preschool, daycare, or childcare center.
- We coordinate with your staff to create an efficient photography flow, with enough picture stations to move children through quickly while working around classrooms, meals, naps, activities, and the normal rhythm of your day.
- Each child receives their own opportunity in front of the camera with professional photography and age-appropriate direction.
- We also offer Holiday and Santa photo sessions, giving families another opportunity to capture memorable portraits during the season.
- Families can conveniently view their child's available images online before choosing what they would like to purchase.
- Parents order directly, reducing the need for your center to collect paper order forms or payments.
- Photo orders are processed and fulfilled for families without requiring your staff to manage the purchasing process.
— CLASS GROUP PHOTOS
Traditional or Virtual Groups
Every preschool and childcare center has a different schedule, space, and comfort level when it comes to gathering an entire class for a photograph.
That is why we offer flexible class group options.
Traditional Class Groups
Children and teachers are photographed together as a class at a location selected with your center.
Virtual Class Groups
Virtual groups can be especially helpful for preschool and daycare programs where schedules, attendance, age groups, or space make a traditional group photo more difficult.
