Graduation Ceremony Photography
Candid Color Photography provides complete graduation ceremony coverage for schools, colleges, and universities throughout Oklahoma. We photograph each graduate, the processional, ceremony overviews, and important moments your administration can use for communications and public relations.
Whether your graduating class includes 50 students in a gymnasium or 5,000 graduates in an arena, we build the photography plan around your venue, ceremony schedule, and graduate flow. Our goal is to photograph every graduate twice while keeping the process organized and unobtrusive.
— HOW IT WORKS
Our Picture Day Process
From the first planning call through final image delivery, our team coordinates the photography, graduate identification, family ordering, and fulfillment process.
Ceremony Planning
Before graduation day, we work with your commencement team to review the venue, ceremony schedule, graduate count, stage layout, and traffic flow. We determine the best locations so coverage fits naturally into your existing ceremony plan.
Graduate Photography Stations
A photographer is positioned near the stage to capture the traditional diploma or handshake photograph. We establish a second portrait location where each graduate can be photographed before walking across the stage or immediately after exiting it. This allows every graduate to receive a more complete collection of professional ceremony images.
Graduate Identification
Schools may provide graduate information in advance, invite students and families to pre-register, or use quick selfie registration on graduation day. Each graduate can then receive a personalized gallery containing their available ceremony images.
Family Viewing and Ordering
Families receive access to an online gallery where they can view and order photographs of their graduate. Orders are produced and shipped directly to the buyer, reducing the need for school staff to collect payments, manage orders, or distribute products.
